Our Process

Every project start with a consultation. To get to know you. Where other contracts simply ask for a list of what you want, ARC takes more holistic approach.We want to find out how you live, what works for you, and what doesn't. What styles you like and those you don't. We focus on finding solutions to needs. Then we take detailed measurements and photos of your existing area.

This is the stage that really sets ARC apart from most other remodeling contractors. For most project, the next step is to create a design addressing the items discussed during consultation. Using architectural software we come up with a remodeling design that addresses the items discussed during consultation we then email renderings of that design to the client for approval. This allows clients to get a visual idea of what their project could be ling before the first hammer is raised

Once the client approves of the design, we work up a detailed preliminary scope of work estimate. At this stage the client might want to make edits to the scope of work. We will help you make smart decisions and choose solutions that fit your life as well as your budget. Once the scope of work estimate and contract has been digitally accepted, we move on to the next stage.

Projects are started in the order that contracts were signed. This often results in a waiting period that varies in length depending on demand. But this time period is much needed to properly prepare for your project.Prior to beginning the project, Aaron will schedule an initial walk through to discuss the scope of owrk, staging, what to expect, etc.

There are often many selections that need to be made. We work to guide you through the selection process. From providing detailed lists of everything that needs to be selected, any small items you are to provide for installation, where to shop, and more. We are there to help, guide, and assist you along the way so that everything is ready to go once the project begins.
